We develop your site for a flat fee. Periodic upgrades, the addition of
new material, and upkeep are part of the contract. If a major design job
is necessary, a written estimate will be submitted before work is begun.
There are no hidden fees or charges. Hosting is billed biannually for the
first year, then monthly thereafter.
