STANDARD WEB SITES, static page design (not ecommerce enabled)

• "Businesscard" WEBSITES - 1 or 2 pages, perfect for a new consultation service, to introduce yourself via the web.
• STARTER WEB SITE - 3 pages, includes Home page, an email Feedback Form. Add new pages as your business grows!
• BASIC PRESENTATION - 5 pages, includes Home page, an email Feedback Form, About Us and product or service description pages.
• EXPANDED PRESENTATION - 6-15 pages, includes Home page, an email Feedback Form, an About Us page to introduce your staff and company history.
• CONTENT MANAGEMENT SITE - Feature-rich option for the constantly changing website. Client-side website management plus support and training. Some plugin installations may incur additional charges. (contact us)
• FLASH™ 5 PAGE BUSINESS WEBSITE - 5 pages with Adobe Flash™ animation features make your business site come alive. We incorporate high-end designer elements such as animated navigation buttons and links, animated logo in the site header.

• STARTER STORE  - 1-10 pages, for up to 20 unique products
• CONSULT & ASSIST, Volusion ECOMMERCE SITE BUILDER; unlimited items; hosting fees paid directly to site host - Rich in features with client-side content management option, best suited for a large inventory. We work with you as much or as little as needed.

WEB PAGE FEATURES and DESCRIPTIONS

• HOME (index) - The first page of your site welcomes your visitor. For the small site, you may use this page to introduce yourself, describe your company, introduce your primary product or service.
• CONTACT - Although every page should contain your address, phone number, and email address, the Contact page may contain a map, driving directions, and a Feedback Form.
• FEEDBACK FORM - A customized Feedback Form allows your prospective customers to request information from your web site. You may collect their contact information and get permission to "opt-in" to your email list.
• ABOUT US - The About Us page gives you a page to introduce your staff, give the company history, define your business principles, mission and goals.
• PRODUCTS - Introduce your products or services here. For the ecommerce site, this page lists your major product categories.
• SHOPPING CART - Each item in your product inventory is coded, seamlessly integrating into your shopping cart software. Your cart page is linked back to your web pages. Depending on the template and web host we choose, cart options may be limited.

• Domain name registration - We will register each new client's domain name as part of our service. Nott Marketing Services will be named the technical and administrative contact for the account with the chosen registrar.
• Free-standing shopping cart - Expand your current web site by adding an ecommerce option. Set up a shopping cart with a host of participating online payment platforms. For web site owners with preexisting offline Merchant Accounts (manual terminal), orders will arrive by email for manual processing.
• PayPal shopping cart - Your customers will love this! Accept secure payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We have found the PayPal cart to be the most cost-effective and easily set up in our experience.
• Web Site Update / Redesign Service - A preexisting web site may be rewritten, redesigned, or reorganized. We customize professionally designed templates.
• Web Site Management - If your web site requires frequent updates, we can manage it for you. Contract us at an hourly rate or get a long-term quote.
• Search Engine Visibility Service - Registration in dmoz.org, inclusion in pertinent local/national business directories, xml sitemap, google.com, bing.com search.
• Search Engine Registration - One-time xml sitemap creation and submission on google.com, bing.com; long-term contracted service.

WEBSITE AND DESIGN SERVICES - HOW WE CHARGE

Website Production

Nott Marketing Services devised a fair pricing structure for standard, specialty and e-commerce-based sites a decade ago. We provide flat quotes for standard style HTML-based websites, Flash sites, and basic Joomla! Content Management sites, which are database-driven and support many add-on features. Joomla! site fees include 12 additional hours of construction in 12 months with support and training for one year!

There are no surcharges to include photos in your pages. We impose no limits on the number of pictures you can use. Our base price for a standard web page averages $50 ($75 for an e-commerce page).

 

Logo and Header Graphics, Photography, PhotoShop, Flash Animation Elements

Design and Programming services based in the US can range from about a hundred to over two hundred dollars per hour. Since our target market is the first-time website owner, the sole-proprietor, contractor, or small service-based company, our rates are affordable and fair. Software installed for your project may incur additional charges.

All projects include a feedback form, search engine optimization, domain name registration, free site submission to GOOGLE and BING. Hosting includes support and site maintenance. Simple content edits and updates are FREE with maintenance agreement. Please note: royalty-free stock photos, design templates and special software are sold separately.

We Offer Long-Term Maintenance and Support

Nott Marketing Services offers comprehensive web site construction, improvement or complete reconstruction of existing sites. We set your website or store up on an appropriate host server, and offer to keep your site up-to-date with long-term site maintenance at a generous discount. Although we do not configure Microsoft Outlook on your computers, we show you where those details can be found on the server. We set up a web-based email client, we assign emailboxes based upon your domain name, redirect individual mailboxes to an existing email client (such as gmail or yahoo mail).  We will program your electronic shopping cart or configure your online store for PayPal Shopping Cart.

Nott Marketing Services takes the worry out of managing your website. We will make edits, additions, add pictures, up to one hour of labor per month, included with your hosting agreement. Call or email with questions, concerns, changes, send pictures... we'll update as the requests come in. We offer training in basic Photoshop skills, electronic newsletter production, and content management. We put the tools you need to manage your promotion into your own hands when you are ready, yet will provide guidance or finishing touches wherever needed.
